And soooooo...... Yeah I am horrible at blogging.

2026 is a new year and a new attempt at losing.

I quit my gym membership since I was not going. I am doing home workouts 3 times a week. 

I am eating healthy, working with in a caloric deficit. 

Also for lent I gave up eating out and take out.

Let's try this blogging thing a third?? time.
