Monday Funday!

My weight today was 251.0lb Unfortunately up but I will take it just the same as this is kinda a restart of tracking. My food log was okay, not perfect but I am also okay with that as again this was a restart of tracking my food as well. I ate pizza at work on Thursday which definitely did not help and won-ton soup with egg roll at lunch on Saturday followed by a hamburger for dinner. On Tuesday I had some of the amazing Tavern Pizza from the Tilted Turret.

I definitely need to moderate my eating out and my high calorie foods.






 

What a Weekend!!

This past weekend was a very busy one. Friday through Sunday was non stop. I worked nights Thursday through Saturday and had an iron infusion on Friday prior to work.

I made cabbage soup and high protein "Dunkaroo" Dip on Friday and on Saturday I had an egg roll and 1/2 a won-ton soup for lunch and a Caesar salad and hamburger for dinner. I BBQ'd enough burgers and hot dogs to get me through several days. On Sunday I ate all my meals at home which included some church sandwiches.

 I got in my two power days and all my active days for the StepBet this week. YAY!

Wow April already?!?!?





I am still here, I promise. Still slowly working on the weight loss. It has not been perfect but I am still trying.

My current weight as of the start of the month was 250 lbs. Not where I wanted to be but still the right direction. 

I started a new StepBet on March 30, 2026. It runs for 5 weeks and I need 5 active days ( ~7K) and 2 power days (~9k) and am allowed one rest day. I am still doing three workouts a week although it has been a struggle. 

I have decided to start weighing myself on Mondays and review my eating for the past week. I am using stars and happy apples as ways to designate how well or bad I did.

I am using the Lose It! app for logging my meals. and the FitBit app for my steps.
