Goals for 2026 -- Weight

  • Start weight -- 255 (March 1)
  • Sept 1 -- 200.0 lbs (goal)
  • Dec 1 -- 170.0 lbs (goal)
  • Ultimate Goal -- 160.0 lbs
  • Ideal Goal -- 68 kg (149.9 lbs)

 

Goals for 2026 --Non Weight

  • Eat healthy
  • Eat in caloric deficit
  • Workout 3 times a week
  • Walk - aim for 7+k steps
  • Get outside
  • Monthly measurements 

And soooooo...... Yeah I am horrible at blogging.

2026 is a new year and a new attempt at losing.

I quit my gym membership since I was not going. I am doing home workouts 3 times a week. 

I am eating healthy, working with in a caloric deficit. 

Also for lent I gave up eating out and take out.

Let's try this blogging thing a third?? time.
