I have decided to change my way to doing things. I am going to learn to eat healthy, aim for a caloric deficit and lose weight. Here is my journey.

GOALS for 2026
Goals for 2026 -- Weight
- Start weight -- 255 (March 1)
- Sept 1 -- 200.0 lbs (goal)
- Dec 1 -- 170.0 lbs (goal)
- Ultimate Goal -- 160.0 lbs
- Ideal Goal -- 68 kg (149.9 lbs)
Goals for 2026 --Non Weight
- Eat healthy
- Eat in caloric deficit
- Workout 3 times a week
- Walk - aim for 7+k steps
- Get outside
- Monthly measurements
And soooooo...... Yeah I am horrible at blogging.
2026 is a new year and a new attempt at losing.
I quit my gym membership since I was not going. I am doing home workouts 3 times a week.
I am eating healthy, working with in a caloric deficit.
Also for lent I gave up eating out and take out.
Let's try this blogging thing a third?? time.
