Weight Maintence and Foot

So I haven't posted since May when I was just starting my foot and ankle recovery. Not much has happened since then. I am still on modified work. I have been out of town to see a specialist and will go back in October. Foot still causing issues and I am now not even walking the 5 K at the Thunder Bay Marathon let alone the 1/2 marathon I was planning on. :(

My weight has flucuated over the past few months but I have managed to stay within a 10lb window of what I was (which is not great but better then it could have been). I have only just started exercising more actively these past few weeks (still only doing 15-20 min on bike and some strength training and bosu ball exercises).

Gone back on plan about 2 weeks ago. Having trouble but keep plugging along. Counting points instead of Core/Simply filling program.
