Wow April already?!?!?





I am still here, I promise. Still slowly working on the weight loss. It has not been perfect but I am still trying.

My current weight as of the start of the month was 250 lbs. Not where I wanted to be but still the right direction. 

I started a new StepBet on March 30, 2026. It runs for 5 weeks and I need 5 active days ( ~7K) and 2 power days (~9k) and am allowed one rest day. I am still doing three workouts a week although it has been a struggle. 

I have decided to start weighing myself on Mondays and review my eating for the past week. I am using stars and happy apples as ways to designate how well or bad I did.

I am using the Lose It! app for logging my meals. and the FitBit app for my steps.
