Welcome

Welcome to my new blog. I hope that this will help me in my weight loss journey and will also be a reminder to myself of everything I went through in the end.

Current weight: 193 lbs
Goal weight: 150 lbs

I am going to Ottawa for 5 days next week and it will be interesting to see if I can stay on program (WW CORE) during my time there. I know I will be walking alot and hope to come back with a loss and not a gain.
